Orders placed online will not be invoiced nor will your credit card be charged until you have recieved your order and are completely satisfied. Merchandise purchased from 4impact! can be returned for a full refund or exchanged in the event it is defective. Returned items must be in their original packaging. 4impact! will pay for all shipping costs to replace defective merchandise.
